GENESIS CALL CENTRE UNAUTHORIZED DEBITED ORDER

Genesis loaded a debit order on my Absa account for R399. The description on my Absa statement is Genesis_ps/Sas0000etc. Genesis is a call centre selling R10 000 holiday vouchers. They never phoned me nor did I give them any banking information. When I phoned them they agreed to refund me and said it must be a mistake but could not explain how did obtained my banking details etc.
