UNLAWFUL DEBITING BY GENESIS CALL CENTRE

The amount of R399 was debited from my account on the 26 February 2013 without any agreement.one of the agents from Genesis called about their promotions and i told her that i cannot take i said to her i was not interested.i was surprised to find out that my money was taken by people who never did or gave me anything in return.i spoke to some one after the money was taken, the lady promised that they will check with their admin to see what really happened.since then every time i phone they tell me that they are still busy checking and thet will refund me.they just took my money for no reason.nothing was sent to me, if their record shws that i asked them to which address there was no answer and yet my money is gone.
