Genesis Realty/Letting
Poor Service and NO Feedback

I have purchased a unit in one of the complexes in which Genesis is the developer and have been dealing with them for almost a year now and have always found them to be highly difficult. I rarely receive responses from Jacques - he appears to be a highly elusive character who is very unwilling to assist. Customer satisfaction is obviously not a priority of Genesis Realty, it is indeed very disturbing that no regard for the opinions of the clients are taken into account.

Genesis also employs sub-contractors who are equally customer averse. I have been contacting Alec, the man heading the kitchen installations for the unit I am purchasing into and have received such a poor attitude on his part.

Genesis should really up their game - their service is pathetic.
