Lacking Customer Service

I have been waiting since June for a refund from Groupon. Yes - June! I received a response to say that my refund has been processed and I can use it any time. Surprise surprise... I am still waiting. After many many emails regarding this I have received no response. Please can someone help me with this... my patience has run out.
