I booked a ticket for a spa treatment for 2 people and apparently the payment value and the voucher value were different. Which i accepted but seeing as the payment failed and i was not going to get the treatment, the obvious thing is to request for a refund. and when i called in this guys were not even accommodating. Tauriq is even worse, if you don't have people skills why are you even employed to do what you do.

Groupon's adds look very attractive but once you get it wrong and they have your money already hmmmm, they don't give a.
