Still waiting for ANY feedback from Groupon

October 2012 i bought "Ramsay Frying Pan"on Groupon SA-Johannesburg. They delivered the Ramsay Wok insted. I phoned groupon continuously to arrange an exchange. I wrote many messages on there customer service webpage and still no feedback. They blamed their courier for the delay but still no feedback when they will arrange to bring me what i paid for and ordered!!! Seemed like nobody from Groupon knows what going on or cares whats going on. Everyone just passed the buck.
This was supposed to be a christmas present, which now was ruined.
Very Very disappointed!!!
