We bought a groupon voucher and booked an appointment. It was a spa package for a full day, included breakfast and lunch and champagne. We got nothing out of this deal. We first received a facial, don't know what it supposed to feel like bad its wasn't worth the money or time, after that they left us for a full hour realising, that they have no food to give us. We told them to leave the food and continue with the rest of the spa treatment. They refused. We immediately wanted to speak with the manager but the phone keeps ringing. So we left a message, and they didn't come back to us. This was a day before my wedding, I was so upset! And I thought to save some money and to buy something that me and my wife will enjoy.

This is unacceptable, still we paid a lot of money and made a booking for the day. If there is anything groupon will do, just refund my money!
