Almost 3 months, product still not received

I purchased a deal from Wicount on the 19th of June. Delivery guidelines on the deal stipulated 14 to 30 days for delivery. When I reached week 6 since the purchase, I contacted Wicount on the email provided on their site on 2 Aug. I got an automated response saying my complaint would be adressed within 24 hours. 4 days went by, no feedback. I then sent another mail asking that it be adressed on 6th Aug, still to this day, I have heard nothing back. The item I purchased was for my wedding, which has already come and gone. I have absolutely no purpose for the product anymore, and would simply like my money back, as it appears that customer care is a foreign concept. I have referred a lot of people to WiCount and since this is my first purchase and I received such poor service, I will retract all good publicity and simply advise friends, family, colleagues and clients, alternately of the poor service they can in fact expect once their money has been taken for these "awesome deals"
