Call centre And representatives passing the buck around..
GROUPON TAKING MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING.

I purchased an item in October last year, never received it. Never ever received a call or any info regarding who / when goods will be delivered.. Reported this to groupon several times. Spent 45 mins holding for the call centre before speaking to a representative only to be given false promises of sorting this out without anything being done!

KEEP RECEIVING EMAILS SAYING HOW DO YOU RATE OUR SERVICE YET NOTHING WAS DONE AND QUERIES CLOSED!!!
Was promised this would be finalised within 48hours, but it has been weeks with nothing being done about it!
Reported a second incident where there was false advertising and alerted groupon again with no feedback other than a false promise that they will look into it and again nothing was done until now.

This is a real waste of time!
