I Am still waiting on an order that was paid for on the 16 September. A call agent told me I would be getting it by the 1st of nov and I did not get it that week. I phoned again and I was told that they would phone me back with details on my order which NEVER happened. The call centre guy clearly never knew what was going on and put me on hold for ages! I'm really upset and demand feedback on my order and a apology for not living up to promises.
