Double payment on creditcard and still no refund

Around about 2 weeks ago my girlfriend used my credit card to buy an online english teaching course from groupon
Something went wrong and my card was billed twice.
Now after email and phone correspondence and been assured the extra payment will be refunded there is still no money back on my card
The amount was just over R700 and I'm strating to get annoyed and wondering if I will ever see that money again.
Hopefully groupon will rectify this and prove they are a reputable company.
