Still nothing since the 14th May 2013

On the 14th of May, i bought a 120 Piece Eye Shadow Pallet With 24 Piece Make Up Brush Set. It states in the T and C's "Delivery takes approximately 14 - 30 working days, depending on delivery area, upon deal closing". Ok so 45 days later, I still don't have anything. After trying to call 50 times, I managed to get hold of someone who told me she would call me back within hours. That was a week ago. Since then, nothing. I cannot get hold of them on the phone and they do not reply to any email sent to them either via the contact form on their website or by email.
I am now considering charging back the transaction with my bank - yes it will cost R70 but at least I will get my money back.
Their lack of communication is unbelievable!
Maybe next time I should stick with Groupon!!!
