So sick and tired! Item order in May!

After numerous times of trying to contact Wicount and getting through to people, I enquired about my Order 831902 which was ordered on the 15-05-2013. Everyone I spoke to gave me excuses or that its on its way The latest I heard is that the courier lost my parcel. I am very tired of running after and trying to get what I ordered. I also emailed and said they can post it to my PO. Box or I want my money back. That was the beginning of September. Anyway, I kept threatening to take it further if no one could assist me as it is R399 I am owned, and here is the beginning of stages.

Can someone just stop giving me excuses and send me item or my money back. Come on 5 months and NOTHING!??! Needless to say, I will never order again from you people as this is not the first time I have trouble from you!

Here is a copy of my order and look there- it says successful... I wish.
