We had a photo shoot in August 2012. The photos were disgusting. My 2 year old could take better photos. I wrote to Groupon and got no response. After placing a complaint on Hello Peter they came back to me and said "they don't do refunds" but I could have another shoot with the same photographer. He came back and took the photos. The problem is I still don't have them. The photographer does not answer my calls or sms'es. I think I am going to start a business where I take peoples money and don't deliver. Groupon you are inspiring and your business model is fabulous. What better way to make money than to take the consumers money and have no accountability for the suppliers you represent. I could sell other peoples stuff and when the clients dont get what they paid for I say "try again" "we dont refund, take it up with the supplier" "its not our problem - we just take the money - the product or service that is delivered has nothing to do with us, in fact if you don't even get the product then sorry for you" ITS GENIUS. Well done Groupon
