Our company (Liquid Force Kiteboarding) ran a promotion for kitesurfing lessons through Groupon in the month of December 2012. The promotion ended a few months ago and it has been impossible to try and get the money owed to us out of Groupon.
We have emailed and phoned on numerous occasions. Messages left were never responded to and many calls were dropped or unanswered. This process has been dragged out for weeks now with no response from Groupon.
