5 weeks no delivery of goods, generic responses!

I placed my order on the 9 th of December i was notified of money out my account and told to wait up to 4 weeks for delivery.up till today I have received nothing or any indication of when it will be delivered. Phoned the call centre twice last week and this week after being caller number 20 and 32 respectively, got through dis interested consultants who on both occasions told me my goods would be delivered next week but nothing. Very disappointed as I have never had a problem with groupon before till this occasion
