After reading through all the complaints I can see this is another for the delete button on their side, but anyway, maybe potential customers will read these complaints and think twice before ordering. Groupon, please dont bother to respond with your tiresome auto response and ref number - its an insult to intelligent people.
I bought a back massager seat thingie and made payment at the beginning of November. I paid R299 for it. I got a delivery confirmation on the 15th November and of course the usual 3/4 weeks for delivery. As I type this, I still don't have it, and as even the fools at Groupon should be able to see, it's well past 3/4 weeks! Any emails are get the auto response - phone calls are not answered.
I don't know how many ppl ordered the deal, but lets say a round 100...@ R299.. and not delivering..thats a hefty profit. There's a name for ppl who take something that does not belong to them, but I suspect the word filter will take it out. the previous person said they take your money and run... well, they take your money allright, but they arrogantly don't hide. They continue to take it. My loss is fairly small compared to some complaints here. Ppl have lost 1000's.
