IS GROUPON REALLY WHAT WE THINK IT IS? STOP IT!

Groupon ref 16888772, etc, etc...

Forget about three experiences in quick succession of refunds due to products/services not available. What about all the complaints, why should bona fide customers have to go to the trouble of pleading for their money back or go through red tape of reporting in terms of Consumer Act.

With money being withheld so long after becoming refundable I am beginning to wonder whether serving as an online trade platform is really what Groupon is about...

Groupon get your house in order before continuing with business - but suspend all activities until you can offer a decent service. You cause similar businesses to be viewed with suspicion.
