I purchased a voucher which expired the 31 October 2012.On the 24 October I explained that I was unable to use it and would like to be refunded. I was first asked by Tracy why i wanted the refunded then on the same day told it was refunded to me as Wibuks in my account. Since then I have tried to log in to my account numerous times and tried to change my password but to no avail. I emailed on the 9 January 2013 and again on the 14 January and nobody has had the decency to respond or even contact me. Today i decided i have had enough, i called in and was told by Lerato that the system only reflects the 2 most recent emails from me which she politely read out loud apparently for the first time.i also apparently had used the voucher. I was instructed to resend my original request as well as her colleagues response. How unprofessional is that! I was told I would receive a confirmation of receipt which i am still awaiting. I have called in twice since then and both times been told she is away from her desk. I left my name and contact number and am still awaiting the return phone call. I am livid at this point as i was told my refund was done almost 3 months ago!
