Purchased a sushi vouche

Morning
I have sent emails, i have phoned numerous times, and nothing gets done. I have purchased a sushi vouche, but has received no voucher. The purchase was made 2013-09-23.
I spoke to one consultant, as i was lucky enough to get through, and was promised that i will be refunded, how long am i supposed to wait for Cityslickers mess up??
I was also promiced that i will have my voucher as soon as the money reflects in theur account, according to my knowledge, it does not take 2 weeks. Apparently they cannot find my proof of payment, but when offered to email it, i got some lame excuse like" we obviously havent checked our emails yet" this was said 2013-09-30.
Am i ever going to see my money or voucher??? Your customer service is up to
