DISHONEST GROUPON

I bought 4 tattoo vouchers at R179 each. It turned out that the tattoo person would not accept more than one voucher per person despite it not having said anything on the advert about this. That was at the end of January, I applied for a refund in February and have not got one ever since. I have been given the run around, they have made promises that nothing ever comes of, they have requested proof of payment over and over and over again, they have asked for my details over and over and over again and still... nothing. I really think that Groupon make it as difficult as possible so that people simply get too frustrated and take the loss rather than having to deal with these incredibly dishonest people.
