Never buy goods through Wicount

We ordered solar spot lights which were advertised by Wicount. They were supposed to be variable focus and cast aluminium. They were plastic and fixed focus. I have written to Wicount twice and have only received automated replies. We are requesting a full refund but no-one is listening!
