Good morning
Just left your Jet store now at Eyethu mall, was actually denied an access because my daughter was eating an ice cream. The guy by the door said no ice cream allowed, I found it very pathetic because I also work in a retail environment, and reckon that is a bad customer service. I was desperately looking for something for tonight's event and being a loyal account holder/customer, that was just uncalled full.
Kindly make it visible for all customer so that can know that it's a company's rules
