TFG (The Foshini Group) Internal Gross Neglect

The Situation was pretty simple but yet TFG staff could not deal with it and therefore massive delays/frustration and monies wasted!

Claudine, a lady hidden away in TFG head quarters was sent an e-mail on the 03/12/2012 requesting to removed myself (Spouse of then employee) from there Medical Aid as my own Company was implementing cover for their staff.

Its now going 5 months later and with back and forth delays with my companies brokers we have found the problem.

Claudine (contact person for TFG Medical) never processed the request to cancel and on top we have been charge monthly up until my Fiance left the company.

Its amazing how pathetic such a large Companies internal matters are dealt with. Payslips for the last three months was never Delivered by the area Manager (Thsepo) and therefore the mess was not discovered earlier.

Thanks to Discovery staff we are eventually going into cancelation and re application process but thousands of rands was deducted off monthly for something that was supposed to have been stopped in December.
