Pathetic Service from One2one (TFG)

I have been one of the happiest clients within the umbrella of The Foschini Group, until I was introduced to the Top-up package by One2one department.
The Top-up package was linked to my mobile number at 10h46 on Monday of 04 March 2013, since then I lost mail functionality on my blackberry and, they could not reinstate it.
I contacted service desk more than once expressing my frustration from being unable to send or receive mails on my mobile, however they kept on telling me that I must reboot my device at around 15h00 and service should be restored but nothing happened till now 17h12 (Wednesday evening) of 06/03/2013.
TFG Management please send a message across to the One2one on my behalf, and advise them that I require my mail service back to where it was before 10h46 on Monday morning and no longer their One2one package as it has created 3 days unacceptable down time to me.
Frustrated and soon to be TFG ex-client!
