Foschini continues to bill me for lost cellfone

Foschini's error re insurance on cellfone I took with them has been a nightmare! I reported my cellfone lost at Foschini Cavendish who then shoved me to Foschini Claremont after I had brought all documents they said I must bring (incl Police Statement which I had to go back to Police Station to get as Foschini employee told me they were not going to process claim without it even though I had given her the Case No)! Foschini Claremont was no help eitheir as they "claim" the fone in their system is not the one I was claiming for. Obviously when I bought the 2nd fone which was replacing the 1st fone, Foschini employee didnt update the detail on their system but they continued to bill my account from 2010 til now! whose fault is that? if i had told them my 1st fone was no longer working &they had refused to replace it cos they said it was water damaged &I had then bought the 2nd fone from them, why did they continue to bill me for a non-existing fone? Foschini Store manager promised to have this sorted and come back to me and she didnt! its been 2months since i reported this and Foschini is still billing me for non-existing fone! I want Foschini to replace my fone/refund me
