Unethical business conducted by Foschini group

Please do not purchase any cellphone from TFG (Exact Vangate mall) in particular. I purchased a faulty Samsung M620 cellphone from them in October 2008 & have been trying to get my money refunded to me without success. The phone was a liability from day 1 with it freezing & never performing as it should. Every time i had to take the phone back to exact, wait 3 weeks after 'repairs' to find that the software is faulty.this carried on for 3 years & speaking to someone with sense at TFG is an endless problem. I have closed my account and will never support any store in the tfg group again.please follow my advice, purchase a cellphone and any other merchandise from another company... not the foschini group! They will only take your money & not care about after sales service if the phone is faulty.
