Terrible service and attitude

We arrived for our flight to East London with over an hour to spare, but in 25 min barely moved in the check in line. They had 1 checkin counter with 3 flights leaving within 20 min of each other, needless to say it was chaos with a lot of frantic passengers.
After opening additional counters after several complaints, we proceeded to checkin. At check in we had such awful service.i was traveling with my 4 year old daughter. Before arriving, we did check, she was allowed 1 bag & car seat. The checkin wanted us to pay in for the car seat. After arguing that its listed on the kulula website, he proceeded to tell us that he doesn't care what the website or call centre says, he is the boss. his name is Larry and in my opinion the WORST supervisor on the planet.
After going to the sales counter and enquiring, they informed us that we were correct & a baby seat is allowed, but Larry is the supervisor so he would make the decision. Luckily they were able to assist.
This was truly unacceptable & caused much frustration as we were already irritated just trying to check in!
Terrible service & TERRIBLE supervisors! Don't think I would ever recommend the airline to friends and family!
