We stood in a checkin line for over 45 min with 1 checkin person. once we got to the counter we were told we couldn't check in more than 1 bag. We agreed to put in our small bags and asked when the rules were changed iif u have 2 bags that weigh less than 20. Instead of being given a simple explanation we were given attitude. our 2 bags we had agreed on loading, ahe threw them on the side and said we couldn't take them in. she went on to call her manager lawrence. lawrance without asking what the problem was also gave us attitude. When he eealized ge was wrong, he said we could take the bags that were checked in. then when we complained about the bad treatment, they told us there is nothing e can do and lawrence continued to say he will beat usvup. prudence continued to say we clearly had never been to east london. my sick mother stood there while kulula management went on their rampage. they said we hadn't paid them and that is why they could say whatever coz there was nothing that would be done.
