Very Dissapointed

Hi, i Visit the resort very often.i Find the price is rather steep for a 3 star accomadation yet im still a regukar. I Was very dissapointed with the service i received. I informde the guy i do have a MYBONUS card but lost it, he was very rude and never offer to help. I really love Badplaas but the service has really gone down over my last few visits.
