I went to the airport on the 11th December 2012 09h36 as my 11yr old daughter was flying to EL and the lady helping us YOLANDA PRETORIOUS told us that the CHECK INN was 2mins closed meaning the flite was still there and didnt even attempt to help instead she sent us to some gentleman whom she claimed was the manager that was at the front desk like her and the man said Yolanda is supposed to be assisting us not to waste more time and she couldnt careless. My child was now crying and believe you me she was hurt. I had to wait at the airport for the flite past 18h00 and I had to pay another huge amount on top of that having to stay at the airprt the whole day. I laid this complaint before on the same date its been a month nobody had gotten back to me since. They dont care about their customers mainly because they know they are the only airline going to EAST LONDON. Their service is very pathetic they are a huge company to ignore such complaints. I am still awaiting response up till this day. They simply dont care at all as for that YOLANDA PRETORIOUS she was very cold and couldnt careless and my baby was traumatised by all this because of her, she was. I am still wasiting SA
