Disappointed at service received

Last week i laid a complaint as to the poor service that i received from my trip from zimbabwe to johannesburg on 7 January. Your employee failed to change on the system as to where the bus was to collect me and as a result i was left by the bus.it had to turn back and collect me. Further i was shouted at by the drivers and was not given any food or refreshments that i paid for. The toilet on the bus was smelling the whole journey and the bus was full of cockroaches.

So after sending this complaint no one has responded so as to give me an explanation or enquire further.

Such terrible service. I am never using your bus again
