Had reason to complain about Maxi's a while back re poor service.
Today I get a call from Yolanda at CUSTOMER CARE wanting my email address as she needs for me to address customer complaints and why haven't I...
She thinks its my job as a MAXI's employee to respond to complaints, handg on for 15 minutes for her manager Lana who is too busy with irate customers to call me, well if you don't know I used to be a customer how can you run your show.
