British Airways Comair Serious delay!!

On the 26th of September, my son (3.5 years old) and myself (35 weeks pregnant) was booked on the BA6414 flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg (OR Tambo). We were suppose to meet my parents in Johannesburg to travel to Hazyview.
When we checked in, we were informed that the flight is slightly delayed, about 30 - 1 hour. I received an sms after I already checked in to confirm what the check in lady told us.
However, as the time dragged on, it turned out it was more like 4 hours! Real fun hanging around the airport with a child and heavily pregnant (NOT!!!). The flight only left close to 16:00, after no notification or information or reason was given. No explanation or apology was offered by the ground staff.
NO effort was made to try to accommodate us or any one else on an earlier flight or on a Kulula flight (we made our booking through Kulula), thought numerous BA and Kulula flights were taking off during that time.

My elderly parents waited all this time on JHB OR Tambo. Because the flight was so delayed we had to stay overnight, which added to the travel costs.

No compensation or explanation was offered during or afterwards. Really disappointed, expected more from BA.
