I cannot find my booking and I have already paid

I booked a flight with mango, and paid for it. I wanted to change my dates, but my booking codes does not exist. And I have been trying to call the customer line the whole morning and it is not going through. If this does not get sorted out I will never fly mango and I will spread the word
