Still waiting for my refund after 4 weeks

On the 27th March I man an online booking from Capetown to Johannesburg for my son. I paid by making an internet transfer from my account the money was deducted from my account but i did not get a confirmation report. I immediate called mango to confirm the booking the call centre lady told me that the money is not reflection in the account as yet. She said i must call the next day which i did but they still did not recieve the money they advise me to make another booking which i did and paid the money again. On the 3rd of April i spoke to the same call centre lady that assisted me she said i must send by stm where it reflects that the money was debited of my account which i done immediately. I called back and spoke to the same lady she told me that the money will reflect in my account within 7-14 days up until today their is still no money in my account. When i called again i was told that it will take another 7-14 days before it will reflect. I dnt think that it is fare for mango to treat their clients in that maner and just expect you to be ok with waiting for 3 months before u can be refunded.
