No availability & no response on cancellation requ

My name is Ndamulelo Masakona with membership number Mdc2091 with Mdc. I would like to express my deepest frustrating with the lack service I am receiving from Mdc. When I was sold this product I was told that I would be able to make booking to places indicated to be working with Mdc. I have called several times trying to make booking but every time I call I am told there is no availability. I have even tried to make a booking for 8-10 months in advance and even with that I was told there is no availability. It's highly frustrating since I have been paying this for almost 2 years & I still can't use it. With me having this membership, not being able to use it let alone afford it. I have requested to cancel it since I can't use it and even keep up with the payment. The lady (Nicole Hopkirk) whom I have sent all possible documents to cancel my membership is giving me the run around and requesting for documents which I have clearly indicated that I can't provide 2 e.g. my bond letters, however on the 6 months bank statement I submitted there is a clear indication that I have been incurring those expense for which those are my basic needs. With the cost of leaving becoming so expensive
