Numerous overcharges on Credit Card

On the 13th of February 2013 I attempted to purchase four airline tickets but i was charged for seven instead! With each ticket costing R3748, the extra 4 tickets charged erroneously seized up a sizeable chunk of credit on my credit card with the effect that i exceeded the limit on my credit card! This had the obvious consequence of me not being able to use my credit card as well as the credit card company threatening to blacklist me if payment wasnt made. When i contacted SAA they were very quick to deny that the problem was on their side and they insisted the fault was with my credit card company! When contacted with my CC company they confirmed that the fault was with SAA. Numerous fruitless calls were then made to SAA trying to solve the problem. Whether it was the inept customer care agents or just the fact that my call was dropped on countless occasions, this exercise was very frustrating indeed! Eventually i managed to speak to the call centre manager and he assured me he will look into it. He did eventually sort out my refund but a thousand phone calls had to be made to him too! Just when i thought my nightmare was over however, ive been charged AGAIN in ERROR on 18/03/2013
