Bad Service

The bus was one hour lae with little explanation given by the employees avaiable. Whenthe bus did arrive no one told us and we were almost left stranded. We took the bus from Joburg and the bus was making unscheduled stops during the way and it had to make an exchange with another bus from durban. No refreshment stops were made during the journey only for the change over in a place where there was next to no service at all.

Bus is dirty. Aircon does not work and is full of cockroaches. No cleaning is dne i the bus and the volume of the radio was so loud!
