The bus never came since 2:30am i was freezing out

Hi, my name is Lindiwe nhlapho and i would like to lay a complaint against ELDO Coaches. my mother (Mrs nhlapho, ref number: EC131678) booked a bus to Johannesburg Leaving Harrismith at 2:30am this morning. The bus did not arrive at all. When i tried calling the head office, i spoke to a rude and very disrespectful man called Amed Mohammad who told me that a person dealing with refunds is not there, he'll call me after 30 minutes. i waited for more than 5 hours, still no call from anyone at ELDO. i just called now, i was transferred to a a disrespectful, rude and unprofessional manager Koos, who put a phone down in my ear while i was still explaining to him what transpired. All i want is for my mother to get a full refund from those and who took advantage on a old vulnerable lady by wasting her time, she froze from 1.30am till 8:00am waiting for a bus that never showed up. i want the department of transport to burn ALDO coaches services because they people' s money and don't offer any service what so ever, i am very upset with them, a company run by with no respect for anyone. They always do this, leaving people stranded and refusing to give full refund
