On the 23rd Dec 2013 my family and I booked the 06:30am bus to Umtata. This was my first and last bus ride with Roadlink SA. The first downfall to the service of bus line was the disgusting smell in the bus as we entered. To my understanding the bus had just bought in people and was not cleaned before the next load went in. The seats were very dirty and there were only 4 windows, which could only open 10cm for the whole bus, the aircon was not working and that bus ride was long. The emerency exit air vent in the ceiling was shut closed with silicon, the toilet was not working and there was a VERY bad smell from the toilet. The bus arrived 2 hour late to its destination. I cant believe we have a bus line that charges so much money and gives this kind of service. I am advising friends and family not to use Roadlink SA ever!
