Cockroaches on Bus, Aircon not working!

I had booked a bus on 23 Dec 2012 from Jhb to Dbn, the only problems I had with SA Roadlink was that there were cockroaches running around the bus, and next to our seats. This is very unhygienic and distasteful. Apart from that, the aircons were NOT working throughout the trip, it was an extremely HOT day as well, and to be travelling in an "oven" is not acceptable.
