I would like to compliment Crystal Mendes on organizing our flights with such short notice, during peak season. She managed to get us excellent rates, a better flight plan than we had hoped for, and saved us some money.
And when the flights that we were holding onto got cancelled, she managed to find us a new booking on the same days in a couple of hours.
