Clamps pregnant woman for going to toilet

I went to or tambo to collect some friends, as there was no communication (cellphone was) i had to collect by arrivals. i went too the toilet there was no officer to quickly explain my situation. i returned in 2 min time and i clamped my car . i asked why they said i have too be in the car. i tried explaining that i am not like the men in the car of other people in that line staying there for longer then half our i was just 2 min i need too pee every 10-20 min and that i need too be at hospital at 8 . they said i must go to the hospital clinic. the guys that clamped my car refused too call there manager . they even refused too give me there names and i had to get assistance from one of the officers to help. when i got to the offices of there department them man helping me was very rude every-time i tried talking to him he kept on saying dont scream even tho i didnt he tried to provoke me im thinking he did it on purpose . they didnt chase the other drivers that stood there for longer periods of time and i wasn't more then 5 min .after paying the fine we had to get a officer to assist us so they can un-clamp the car explaining i had to be at the hospital.they didn't care.
