It is a disgrace that [URL Removed] have such poor staff on the floor in domestic departures, OR Tambo Airport who do not know how deal with or talk to customers waiting in a long queue for a long time! The name of the person is, "Hlengiwe" and he thinks that because he has a little bit of authority he can be rude to passengers waiting to check in!! Clearly the management and directors of [URL Removed] have no idea that he is an absolute embarrassment to [URL Removed] and also to Our country. Imagine what overseas visitors must think of this and he is poor customer service skills!!! About time [URL Removed] removed him from their staff!!!
