[URL Removed] needs to change courie

I have previously ordered from [URL Removed] and had great problems with the courier delivery. I have ordered an item from [URL Removed] and received an expected delivery date of 27 January 2014. Although I thought I would give [URL Removed] another chance to prove to me that they are now using a better courier, I have once again been disappointed. RTT has proven to be totally useless! I will rather support another online retailer than supporting [URL Removed] just because of their inability to deliver on time. Your website and ordering process is great, but sadly it would seem that you will receive your parcel faster if you ask for it via SAPO. That is saying something because SAPO's service is utterly poor. Surely a huge company like [URL Removed] should be able to sort out a bad courier company, especially if this is affecting [URL Removed] business. I will definitely not recommend [URL Removed] just because of their courier use. Come on. Wake up. People are under the impression that the courier is an extention of your company. :(
