Slow Lounge charges

I recently went to the slow lounge with my wife and 2 children aged 2 and 4. I was unware that I was going to be charged for my 2 children. Now I ask you what 2year old and 4year old will benefit from R250 each in the slow lounge. They sat there for 45min with us didn't eat a thing. I think this is a complete rip off. Had I known this I would never have spent R1000 for a cup of coffee. There is a wimpy that sells coffee for far cheaper down stairs.

I'm seriously thinking about moving to another bank. I feel like I have be robbed by Fnb!
