FED UP WITH GOLDEN ARROW BUS SERVICES!!!

I have been using Golden Arrows services for a number of years now and it has just worsened over the years! Drivers are not stopping at the authorized point at the Lost City terminal, they are allowing people to just burst in to the lines, and not indicating that passengers should follow the queue! i am also very disappointed in the fact that there NO GA officials around to keep things in order!! It is disappointing to stand in a queue after a long day and then random people just come along and get into the bus because the driver is allowing them to and the driver is not waiting on the bus in front of him to leave and pull up at the authorized point!! We need the officials around because grown ups are KIDS these days so they need to be reminded of the rules or has that also gone down the toilet?!! Please fix this!! Because complaining via email and the telephone just seems to be brushed off!!!
