Over charge parking for Barnyard Theatre Parkview

After attending a performance at Barnyard Theatre, Parkview Pretoria, from 1:30 to 5:10p on Sunday 24 March 2013, we had to pay R16 for parking at the automated parking machine when the signage clearly states R8 for 2-6 hours or a flat rate of R8 outside of of Checkers shopping hours.
We raised this with the parking attendants on duty who calimed they coulf not refund as they had no cash (a as they were taking cash at the kiosk) and just blamed the machine. They said to follow up on Monday with the parking manager, Gilbert, which we did and got no joy other than again blaiming the machine.
There were many irate patrons (>50) who were forced to pay the illegal R16 on Sunday afternoon. I have 3 more compainants directly with me on this.
We have escalated as far as we can at this stage and need to go beyond the centre management now.
The big issue is the illegal double charges for parking (I have a photo of the parking fee signage). I'm sure this will affect the Barnyard's support at this venue in time.
