RUDENESS AND BAD ATTITUDE FROM ASIPHE

It is my first time ever having to phone the GOLDEN ARROWS BUS SERVICES call centre and i have never been so appalled by the service the consultant recevied from a consultant named ASIPHE. At about 11:35am on the 6th april i called enquire abt a bus leaving Cape Town to Lost City and From Cape Town to Makhaza and she was so rude, was unwilling to assist, no rapport was built. At first she told me to call back again to ask about the bus from Cape Town to Makhaza after assisting in telling me about the bus from Cape Town to Lost City. When i told her that she was rude, she said "is there anything else you need assistance with" didnt apologise nothing. I want a personal apology from ASIPHE because she is giving a bad name to GOLDEN ARROWS BUS SERVICES.
